If you’re looking for a no-fuss, high-protein breakfast or snack, these 3-ingredient Turkey Egg Cups are about to become a staple in your fridge. They’re savory, satisfying, and incredibly easy to prep ahead for busy mornings.



Ingredients (12 Servings)

  • 12 organic turkey slices

  • 12 large organic or pasture raised eggs

  • 1 cup Good Culture 2% cottage cheese


How to Make Them

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Lightly grease a muffin tin.

  3. Press one turkey slice into each muffin well to form a cup.

  4. Blend the eggs and cottage cheese until smooth.

  5. Pour the mixture evenly into each turkey cup.

  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper (or other seasonings as you prefer)

  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until set and lightly golden.

  8. Cool slightly and enjoy — or store for the week!
