If you love a comforting mocha but want something a little more nourishing, this Nettle Leaf Mocha Latte is the perfect ritual drink. It blends earthy cacao with mineral-dense nettle leaf tea for a creamy, subtly sweet latte that supports the body while satisfying chocolate cravings.
Nettle leaf is a gentle nutritive herb, traditionally used to replenish minerals and support overall vitality. Paired with cocoa and a touch of maple syrup, it becomes a grounding, everyday wellness drink you’ll actually look forward to.
Ingredients
8 oz brewed nettle leaf tea
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
4 oz milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
Instructions
Brew the nettle leaf tea.
Steep tea in hot water for 10 minutes to extract its minerals fully.
Strain and set aside.
Warm the tea in a pot over medium low heat.
Add in cocoa powder and whisk.
Add maple syrup.
Add milk and whisk.
Froth with a hand-held frother until milk becomes foamy.
Pour the beverage into a mug.
